Brand Guidelines and Permissions

At Microvera Ltd., we value the integrity and consistent representation of our brand across all platforms and communications. Our brand guidelines and permissions ensure the proper use of our brand assets, including our logo, trademarks, and other intellectual property. These guidelines must be adhered to by all partners, affiliates, and third-party entities to maintain the consistency and reputation of our brand.


1. Brand Assets

a. Trademarks and Logos
Our trademarks and logos are the exclusive property of Microvera Ltd. They are legally protected and must be used in compliance with these guidelines.

b. Intellectual Property
All brand-related materials, including designs, slogans, and other content, are copyrighted and owned by Microvera Ltd. Unauthorized use is prohibited.


2. Permissions

To use Microvera’s brand assets, you must obtain explicit written permission from us. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Incorporating our logo or trademark into your materials.
  • Using our brand in advertisements, promotions, or publications.
  • Displaying our intellectual property in digital or physical formats.

3. Logo Usage Guidelines

b. Color Specifications

  • Use the official colors specified in the Microvera brand palette.
  • Do not apply gradients, shadows, or any other effects unless pre-approved.

c. Placement

  • Provide adequate spacing around the logo to maintain visual clarity.
  • Do not place the logo on busy or cluttered backgrounds.

4. Prohibited Uses

The following uses of Microvera’s brand assets are strictly prohibited:

  • Misrepresenting a partnership or endorsement by Microvera without explicit permission.
  • Using the brand assets in a manner that is misleading, defamatory, or damaging to our reputation.
  • Reproducing or distributing the brand assets for commercial gain without prior approval.
  • Incorporating the brand assets into illegal or unethical activities.

5. Co-Branding and Partnerships

For approved partnerships, co-branding opportunities must follow these additional guidelines:

  • The Microvera brand must be given equal or greater prominence than the partner’s branding.
  • Ensure all materials are reviewed and approved by Microvera’s marketing team before release.

6. Digital Use

a. Website and Social Media

  • Hyperlink the Microvera logo to www.microvera.co.uk wherever it is used digitally.
  • Ensure any use of the brand on social media platforms adheres to the respective platform’s terms and conditions.

b. Email Signatures

  • Partners or affiliates using the Microvera logo in email signatures must adhere to the logo usage guidelines and request approval.

7. Enforcement and Reporting Violations
