Frequently asked questions

How long will it take you to make my logo?

The perfect logo can take anywhere between 5+ hours to days depending on the quality, detail, technique etc and research that must be done to ensure that your logo is as required and can be used to properly represent your brand and message – however, if you need it sooner, let us know and we will get this done for you earlier.

How will I know I will be happy with my design?

As it is our aim to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied, you can send us drafts on what idea you have, and we can turn your ideas into a visually pleasing reality. We will ask you before to ensure that you are pleased with the finished product.

Will you provide me with sketches, templates or ideas?

We are able to do so in order to ensure that you get exactly what you want out of your logo. However, this is not available for the simple redraw plan.

Who owns the copyright?

After completion of the full payment, the final agreed product ownership will be handed over to you. Microvera will only use it in our portfolio collection.

How do I make payments?

All payments are taken via Direct-Debit – this can be set up through your phone, online or contact your bank directly to help set this up for you.
You cannot cancel payments before your scheduled deadline.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, our services do not allow for refunds to be accepted due to the nature of this business and the complexity of advanced technological services that you will be provided with.
